As a general policy, EuWIn will be as open as possible, given the constraints in terms of physical and human resources. Institutions willing to join EuWIn or visit the sites should contact us through the website pages Join and Visits.

The priority in accessing the laboratory facilities is defined as follows.
1) Newcom# Institutions

The access to EuWin facilities is granted for free to all Newcom# institutions.

2) Newcom# Associated Partners

They are also given free of charge access. The NoE has two types of Associate Partners: Type I, which are those more interested in conducting dissemination-related activities in collaboration with project partners; and Type II, the main aim of which is to conduct joint research activities in collaboration with project partners.Their number is not defined, since Newcom# can decide to accept new Associate Partners during its life. Access to EuWin wil be granted to Associate Partners, although in the case that a large number of partners is accepted the EuWIn sites can not commit to provide access to all of them. All Newcom# Associate Partners (both Type I and Type II) will have free of charge and open access to all information and data made available through the repository of this website. On the other hand, physical access to the lab facilities will be as a rule restricted to Type II partners that have signed a specific agreement of cooperation with the NoE based on requests raised by the associate institutions (with specification of the goals and the mutual benefits), and on the availability of resources. These requests will have lower priority with respect to those coming from Newcom# full partners, and will be processed according to an order which will defined by the coordinator for each EuWIn site, depending on the mutual benefits expected.

3) Other Institutions
Other institutions not participating to Newcom# are free to join and visit the laboratory. However, depending on the mutual benefits and the facilities they are interested into, case-by-case agreements will be taken.

This laboratory is supported by the European Commission in the framework of the FP7 Network of Excellence in Wireless COMmunications NEWCOM# (Grant agreement no. 318306).
